Understand Requirements
We break down the project requirements and start processing all needed development to complete the project. This allows us to keep track of our efforts and also have insight on what has been committed and ready to release. We also begin creating a development strategy, which ultimately leads to a product roadmap and a release schedule. Simply put, we PLAN and then EXECUTE.
Agile Development
We are an agile creative technology studio and run on two-week sprints. We plan every two weeks to make sure we hit our deadlines. We like to provide clear insight into the projects by creating a staging environment to interact with as the project progresses. We also love to release often to get your feedback early on and adjust if needed.

Quality Assurance
After the developer completes the feature/ticket, we then put it through the Quality Assurance (QA) process. This is where we hack at the code to make sure it works and purposely try to break it. The QA team then creates tickets with reproducible steps to the bug for proper acceptance. If no bugs are found, the feature moves out of QA and set out for your approval.
Release & Iterate
Once we get out all the bugs and get the approval we plan a release to production. This way your users are always getting the latest features as they are completed. Because we hyper-focus on getting one feature done at a time, we are providing consistent updates your users will appreciate. Then we iterate the process for the next feature or project.
